These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hueprint ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App provides tools for users to extract, edit, and save color palettes and LUTs from photos on their device.

2. Pricing

The App is provided free of charge. Should additional paid features or content be introduced in the future, this will be clearly disclosed in advance.

3. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you hold the copyright and any other rights to the photos you process with the App, or that you have obtained appropriate permission.
You are solely responsible for the use, sharing, or distribution of any image, palette, or LUT generated through the App.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of public morals.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App itself (source code, design, logos, etc.) belong to the developer.
Copyright in palettes, images, and LUT data generated by you through the App belongs to you.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Functionality may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to outages or specification changes in third-party services such as iCloud / CloudKit.
